Mario & Luigi: Dream Team Dated, Gameplay Trailer

Mario & Luigi: Dream Team Dated, Gameplay Trailer

The 3DS Mario & Luigi title, Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, has been given release dates of July 12th in Europe and August 11 in North America. The news comes from Nintendo’s Nintendo Direct earlier today, which also provided a new gameplay trailer.

Dream Team find the Mario Brothers on Pi’illo Island, traveling between the real world and Luigi’s dreams, as Princess Peach has been kidnapped and taken inside Luigi’s head. Luigi’s sleeping face will appear on the touchscreen of the 3DS, and interacting with it will affect the dream world in various ways. In the trailer below, you’ll see that interacting with a sleeping Luigi can result in multiple Luigi’s in the dream world or affect the environment in ways that will help you solve the game’s puzzles.

Mario & Luigi: Dream Team will see a simultaneous release on the Nintendo eShop and at retail on the aforementioned dates.
