Monster Hunter Live-Action Film Officially Announced

A Monster Hunter live-action film has been announced at the Tokyo Game Show.

According to Anime News Network, the series producer, Ryozo Tsujimoto, said the film is already in the works. So far, what the story is or which monsters of the franchise will be included has yet to be revealed. Hopefully, the movie will be as exciting and epic as the games have been!

MH first arrived on the gaming scene on the PlayStation 2 in 2004. The franchise’s first anime titled Monster Hunter Stories RIDE ON will air in Japan next month. The anime corresponds with the upcoming 3DS game: Monster Hunter Stories.
