Release Date Announced for All Zombies Must Die!
The Spiritual successor to 2009′s PSN release Burn Zombie Burn! by developer Doublesix, All Zombie’s Must Die!, launches on Xbox Live Arcade on December 28th.
It will cost you a cool 800 Microsoft points, but on the brighter side it will be available for immediate download.
A Playstation Network release will follow the XBLA launch on January 4th and a pc release will come later via the Steam platform on August 12th.
The game is a four-player top down shooter with Role-Playing elements such as character leveling and weapon crafting. The creative director, Jim Mummery, stated that, “All Zombies Must Die! has taken twin-stick shooters to another level with persistent RPG elements, awesome new weapons and all new crazy zombies.” He went on to say that, “All Zombies Must Die! adds its own unique ingredients to the [top down shooter] genre, with weapons-based arena combat, weapons crafting, character development and a whole lot of questing, all mixed in with a huge portion of zombie action.”
