Sony gives away free PlayStation Mobile games for the next six weeks

Sony has announced a new promotion in which it will give away a free PlayStation Mobile game every week for the next six weeks.

A new game will become available every seven days, the first being colourful 2D action game Samurai Beatdown. Writing on the EU PlayStation Blog, SCEE’s European Product Manager, Mayumi Donovan, stated,

“Head over to PlayStation Store for PlayStation Mobile to download it now to your PlayStation Vita or PlayStation Certified device, and come back to the Blog next Wednesday to find out which game will be up for grabs next.”

PlayStation Mobile is currently available in Japan, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Australia. Donovan apologized for PlayStation Mobile currently being unavailable in some countries, adding,

“we are working hard to expand the service.”
